Passive Online Income From EBooks - Build A Profitable Online Business With EBooks

Passive income is income you generate long after you have done the initial work. This is sometimes referred to as residual income, but the online community tends to not use that term. Instead of trading your time for an hourly wage, passive income allows you to create products that will sell for years to come. This process of working once and being paid over and over again is one that will make a huge difference in your life.

I believe the fastest and easiest way to get started is by writing an eBook on a topic you are interested in and have some knowledge and experience in as well. This can be in almost any niche, but you want to make sure people are willing to spend money in order to receive this information. Go over to Google and type in the topic you are thinking of writing an eBook on to see what is already available for sale. My rule of thumb is this - if there are at least three products for sale on this topic then the market is there and you should proceed. On the other hand, if yours would be only the first or second product available in this niche, it probably won't do as well.

Now it's time to make an outline so that you can get all of your ideas out of your head and onto paper or a word processing document. Spend as much time as you need to include everything you possibly can here. Put a check mark next to anything that you will need to do further research on later in this process.

Refine your outline so that you have several sections or chapters, and then start to fill in these sections with information that is relevant. I think of my eBook outline like I think of my house; I only put things in the kitchen or family that belong in those rooms. With your eBook chapters, only add the content that belongs to the chapter or section you are currently working on. This will keep you organized so that you will move quickly through the writing process.

The marketing begins while you are still writing, so start to build a list of people who will most likely be interested in purchasing a copy of your information.

Once your eBook is completed you can move into the next phase, which is to reach out to people who are influential in this niche to have them recommend your eBook through an affiliate link. This will build you list and your income quickly and show the marketplace that you are a credible expert in your field.

Remember that the reason to start an Internet business is to give you the time and financial freedom to live the life you choose. Get started writing eBooks today by visiting Getting Started With eBooks to learn what is needed to build a profitable online business with eBooks.

Passive Income Part 5: Advertising Reviews

PPC Overview

PPC, or Pay Per Click Advertising, is a form of revenue that is based off how many times that people clicks on your ads that you have placed on your site. Usually, most of these programs pay about $0.01 to $0.10 per click, though sometimes they pay more. The benefit to these revenue streams is that they are truly passive all around. However, they may not be fully viable as a replaceable income that you an use to live on. Though, some of these sites will never really fully realize the income potential from these sources of income.

Adsense

This is the biggest player on the market. Their payout is $100, though it takes up to 1 year or more to be able to get that cash out from them. However, you also have to wait up to an extra 60 days after you reached that cash out. The typical payouts per click tends to be low around $0.01 to $0.25. Its a popular and cheap alternative that a person can use towards building a revenue stream. That is something that a lot of sites have been doing towards making a decent side hustle towards at least paying for the hosting and maybe a little more. Some individuals may be able to turn this into a decent income via the amount of traffic that they have built up on numerous different sites.

Chikita

Chitika is one of the biggest competitors to Adsense. Payouts can be similar to Adsense but sometimes can payout a lot higher than what you would find on the Adsense site. There are three advantages to this particular PPC site: 1. You can refer people to earn a little more from the income; 2. They can pay into your Paypal account; 3. They can payout at $10 as opposed to $100.

However, don't think that this company is all sunshine. You still need to figure out how to build up some traffic to be able to make this a decent and viable income stream. Additionally, they may take a while to payout your earnings as well since they pay on a net-30 timeframe. However, if you are able to refer a few individuals and also figure out how to make this a viable income for yourself, you may get a better payout from this than Adsense.

Conclusion

My closing thoughts are these: before trying to use these programs, make sure that you focus on building up some traffic to your sites as well. This will help you to be able to have a better chance of getting referrals and also being able to get more clicks on these programs.
